ชั้นที่ 4 หรือชั้นดาดฟ้าของวิหารเทพวิทยาคมเป็นชั้นที่ประดิษฐานพระพุทธรูปหล่อโลหะสำริดปิดทองปางลีลาพระพุทธลีลาประทานพร และรูปหล่อโลหะสำริดปิดทองหลวงพ่อคูณ ปริสุทโธ ในอิริยาบถยืนถือตะบอง เป็นตามความ หมายว่า พระพุทธเจ้าทรงสั่งสอนธรรมะเเก่หลวงพ่อคูณ เพื่อให้หลวงพ่อคูณนำธรรมะของพระพุทธเจ้าไปสั่งสอนชาวโลกต่อไปและที่ใต้ฐานที่ตั้งรูปหล่อสำริดปิดทองหลวงพ่อคูณ ท่านสามารถนำโฉนดที่ดินมาสอดใต้เท้าหลวงคูณ เพื่อขอเสี่ยงทายที่ดิน นอกจากนี้ท่านยัง สามารถอธิษฐานบูชาซองพร้อมยันต์ของหลวงพ่อคูณ เพื่อนำไปใส่โฉนด หรือเอกสารสำคัญ เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลได้อีกด้วย
